Jeddah: The Consul General of Brunei Darussalam in Jeddah has expressed readiness to assist in ensuring smooth and orderly haj operations for Bruneian pilgrims this year. This announcement was made during the Goodwill Visit of the Brunei Darussalam Haj Pilgrims' Affairs Office, PUJH, for Administration and Medical to the Consulate General in Jeddah. The visit is a regular engagement that takes place annually as the haj season approaches.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the delegation was received by Awang Haji Farhan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Putera Maharaja Dato Paduka Haji Abdul Ghani, the Acting Consular General of Brunei Darussalam in Jeddah. Discussions during the visit also touched upon the current situation in Saudi Arabia, ensuring all aspects are covered for the welfare of Bruneian haj pilgrims.
