Bandar seri begawan: The Blood Donation Centre, under the Department of Laboratory Services at the Ministry of Health, is set to organize a series of blood donation campaigns throughout the week. The initiative is aimed at encouraging the public to participate actively in bolstering the nation’s blood reserves.
According to Radio Television Brunei, the first event will be held on the 31st of July at Chancellor Hall, Universiti Brunei Darussalam. The campaign is scheduled from 9 to 11:30 in the morning and will resume from 1 to 3 in the afternoon. Following this, a similar campaign is planned for the 2nd of August at Lot 64, Beribi Two Industrial Site, with donation opportunities available from 9 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon.
Additionally, individuals are invited to make blood donations directly at the Blood Donation Centre located at Raja Isteri Pengiran Saleha Hospital during official working hours. To streamline the donation process, the public is encouraged to use the BloodKad app to reserve their donation slots.
