The Blood Bank at Suri Seri Begawan Hospital in Kuala Belait still needs blood types ‘A’ and ‘O’. The public are encouraged to donate blood towards increasing blood reserves at the hospital.
Those wishing to donate blood can visit the hospital’s blood bank from 8 to 11.30 in the morning and 1.45 to 3.30 in the afternoon during office hours only.
Meanwhile, the Blood Donation Centre, Department of Laboratory Services, Ministry of Health in collaboration with several agencies will hold blood donation campaigns, which are open to the public. Blood donors may book their slots through the BloodKad app.
