Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) yesterday confirmed six more partners as it gains more steadfast support in the run-up towards the Charity Expedition Advocating Life-long Learning for an Aspiring Future (CE ALAF) programme, an event to be held on October 25 at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium.
The new partners include Kingston Beverage and Creamery as the Official Isotonic Drink Partner – providing 7UP Revive drinks – and Kingston Ice Cream as the Official Frozen Dessert Partner, who will provides ice cream to the participants.
The energy drink Red Bull also comes in as the Official Energy Drink Partner, providing Red Bull for the 21km, 10km and cycling participants. Meanwhile, Pokka registered their interest as the Official Beverage Partner to provide their healthy and real-brewed Green Tea.
Polar Brunei will participate in CE ALAF as the Official Timing Partner, providing prizes for the top three Men and Women’s winners of all Bruneian competitive categories including the 5km category.
Participants will also be able to purchase Polar merchandise on the CE ALAF registration online page; five per cent from Polar merchandise sales from the page will be channelled into the ALAF fund.
On top of that, Missha will be the Official Beauty and Skin Care Partner, providing sunblock along with a 30 per cent discount and free face mask coupon for participants in the Race Entry Pack. Missha will also be extending its support with prizes for the CE ALAF lucky draw.
The Marathon Shop also joins the list as a Running Store and Shoe Partner where they will provide workshops run by The Marathon Shop professionals for participants from the 5km, 10km and 21km category.
They will also conduct a running clinic during the CE ALAF 2015 REPC weekend with topics ranging from training regimes, tech gears and post-race recovery. The Marathon Shop will also be running a 10 per cent discount promotion on selected items for store purchases for all BIBD CE ALAF participants.
All participants need to do is present their CE ALAF confirmation slip – which they will receive upon registration – at the store.
The new partners will join existing partners D’Sunlit as Contractor Partner, Brunei Press as Media Partner, Plus Magazine as Magazine Partner, Active Network as Official Administrative Partner, Dsignku as Creative Partner, Adxpert Marketing as Event Management Partner, Aewon Brunei as Apparel Partner, Ranoadidas as Blogger Partner and Victory Athletes as Fitness Partners.
Registrations for CE ALAF can be completed via the ALAF website at www.bibdalaf.com or at the CE ALAF Kiosks at Aewon outlet in Kiarong, Seria and The Airport Mall.
The closing date for registrations will be on September 30. The first 1,500 registrations will be entitled to free limited edition CE merchandise.
