Post: ASG14 Closing Ceremony Marks End of ASEAN Schools Games

Berakas: The 14th ASEAN Schools Games (ASG14) concluded with a Closing Ceremony in Berakas on the night of November 28th. Organised by the Ministry of Education through the Department of Co-Curriculum Education, the Games brought together over 900 student athletes from 10 ASEAN Member states, competing in eight sports events. According to Radio Television Brunei, the ceremony featured a Closing Statement from Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Setia Doctor Dayang Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Mohd. Salleh, Minister of Education and Chairperson of the ASG14 Executive Committee. The event also included the handover of the ASEAN Schools Sports Council flag to Indonesia, the host of the upcoming 15th ASG. Cultural performances by students from both government and private schools added to the ceremony.
