The Industrial Revolution 4.0 brings in various new challenges and best opportunities for the community to learn new knowledge, bring innovation as well as a paradigm shift towards holistic, creative, innovative and sustainable thinking. This is no exception for Penghulu Mukim and Village Heads in together upholding the Government's policies and efforts in developing the country and care for the people's welfare and well-being.
The appointment of the Penghulu Mukim and Village Head is a trust given by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam. As the Penghulu Mukim and Village Head's backbone, the Mukim and Village Consultative Council also plays a role in together planning and managing activities in order to achieve solidarity and harmony.
