The Youth Religious Programme held the Iftar Mahabbah Programme which provided opportunity for the non-Muslim community and tourists in the country to together experience the breaking of the fast atmosphere. The programme was organised by the Ministry of Religious Affairs with the cooperation of the As-Syahadah Youth of Islamic Da’wah Centre.

Among those present was Yang Berhormat Awang Ong Tiong Oh, member of the Legislative Council. The programme among other things aimed to give opportunity to take a closer look on the religious acts perform by the Muslim community such as ablution and praying. It also to foster closer relations with the non-Muslim community and tourists aside from act as a way to disseminate a correct information on Islam. Also present was Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdul Aziz bin Orang Kaya Maharaja Lela Haji Yussof, the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
