Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) reminds the customers that the protection of their personal information is the bank’s utmost priority. BIBD will never ask for its customers’ personal banking information through unsecured platforms such as WhatsApp, Short Messaging Services (SMS) or E-mail.
Therefore, BIBD seeks their cooperation to not provide their personal details to unverified websites and applications, or share it with any other individuals. Should they discover suspicious activities related to their BIBD account via phone call, SMS or email, customers are advised to call BIBD Contact Centre at 2238181 or deal with the bank’s official representatives via its Mobile Chat.
