More than 30 entrepreneurs from Mukim Telisai in Tutong District, providing various items for sale including local fruits, are enlivening the Mukim Telisai Stalls Sales Festival held as an annual activity in the Mukim. The sales festival organised by the mukim's Consultative Council is aimed at attracting more visitors to the stalls aside from further enlivening the atmosphere of the Mukim Telisai Stalls as a strategic location for the public to visit.

The Mukim Telisai Stalls Sales Festival began with a recreation activity, a 3 kilometre leisure walk around the mukim. Among those participating was Yang Berhormat Awang Haji Ramli bin Haji Lahit, member of the Legislative Council who is also the Penghulu of Mukim Telisai. Also held were ATV or All Terrain vehicle extreme sports at the Kampung Telisai Recreation Park Track. Awang Haji Salamat bin Sauji, Secretary of the Mukim Telisai Consultative Council in an interview with RTB expressed his hope that the festival will provide the opportunity for additional marketing outlets for the entrepreneurs under the mukim and village consultative councils to further expand on their sales in order to assist in generating the village residents' economy.
