A number of activities were lined up throughout the Ta'aruf week for 30 female Year 7 students selected to further their studies at the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Tahfiz Al-Quran Institute. Yesterday morning, the students took part in an Islamic Calligraphy Workshop.
Throughout the workshop, the students were shown the methods of Islamic or jawi calligraphy in the form of 'nasakh' writing which is singular and joined jawi alphabet.
