13 students and a supervisor are taking part in this year's Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths programme, also known as JENESYS. The Brunei Darussalam delegation will participate in the Sports Exchange (Badminton).
His Excellency, Mr Motohiko Kato, Ambassador of Japan to the country THIS MORNING held a send-off ceremony for the country's participants. The event is scheduled to take place from the 11th to 18th of this month. The programme includes badminton exchanges with some Japanese schools; Daito Bunka University Dai-ichi High School and Nippon Sport Science University. The JENESYS programme is a people-to-people exchange programme between Japan and the Asia-Pacific region launched by the Japanese Government.
