A Mobile Play Library has been launched by the Disabled Children's Association, KACA in an effort to encourage Persons with Disabilities, OKU and KACA members to communicate among themselves easily. The process is called Social Adaption which also provides them with capability to do specific activities and learn to manage themselves. Yesterday launch was in conjunction with KACA's 33rd anniversary and the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

The library was launched by Dato Paduka Haji Zainal bin Haji Momin, the President of KACA. The pilot service will begin next year and will be held once every three weeks at KACA Centres such as the association's branches in Tutong and Belait Districts. The service is a form of psychological therapy which can provide spontaneous enjoyment and motivation to the children without any element of force.
