The Children's Cancer Foundation, YASKA Brunei today began a 3-day camping activity at the Temburong District Branch of the Youth Centre and Sports Department.
It is the 6th camp organised under the Physiotherapy Unit of Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital. The morning session began with a familiarisation activity among participants, families and YASKA volunteers.
In the afternoon, the participants visited the Kampung Amo 'B' Longhouse in Mukim Amo where they saw the performance of Gulingtangan and Ngajat as well as the making of local delicacies such as Penyaram and kuih Jala. The aim of the camp is to provide YAKSA members the opportunity to boost their self-confidence in daily life.
