7 members of the Brunei History Association, PESEBAR and 28 students from University Brunei Darussalam, UBD left for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia this morning to take part in the Malaysia-Brunei Forum. The 2- day forum, the first of its kind, will start today at the University Malaya in Kuala Lumpur.

University Brunei Darussalam will present 14 working papers that focuses on issues pertaining to culture, politics, economy, education and social. While 4 working papers will highlight education policies, the culture of Brunei and the Survival of Bruneian Sultanate which will be presented by PESEBAR.

Meanwhile, Doctor Awang Haji Muhammad Hadi Bin Muhammad Melayong, Special Duties Officer, Secretariat Office of the Malay Islamic Monarchy Executive Council also as Honorary Secretary Assistant of PESEBAR will present a working paper titled the Survival of Bruneian Sultanate which will touch on the efforts to maintain the sovereignty and existence of the country in ensuring the continuation of the monarchy system.
