Job seekers today should possess the required quality. In today's challenging world, youth should no longer rely on a specific skill but should be holistic and multi-skilled in order to achieve greater employability. This matter was discussed during the Brunei Chevening Youth Forum at the Core, University of Brunei Darussalam yesterday afternoon.

The function was attended by Yang Berhormat (Retired) Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. With the Theme ''Youth Employability: Growing Brunei's Human Capital'', the one day forum among other matters highlighted the Growing of Brunei's Human Capital: Education Versus Soft Skills for success. The Forum also invited several speakers from different backgrounds to share their experience in various fields of work. The Brunei Chevening Youth Forum is a platform that brings together young leaders and Chevening alumni members from Brunei and the region to discuss insights, challenges and opportunities to the development of Brunei. Also attending, Yang Berhormat Khairunnisa binti Awang Haji Ash'ari, Member of the Legislative Council who is also the President of the Chevening Alumni Brunei.
