The Brunei International Airport Emergency Safety Drill will be held on 2nd August at Brunei International Airport in Berakas. Members of the public are advised not to panic when at the vicinity throughout the drill.
According to the Department of Civil Aviation, the drill aims to test the efficacy of channelling and receiving information as well as the communication system among stakeholders at the Brunei International Airport. Apart from that, the drill will also evaluate the efficacy of coordinating and tackling emergencies that involve flight operations terminal building services. Throughout the drill, all services at the airport including flights will operate as normal.
