In ensuring every detail of management and services for the Brunei pilgrims runs smoothly, a series of meetings were held between the Haj Management and Haj Medical Office with the Chairman of the Southeast Asia Haj Muasasah Council, Muhammad Amin Inderagiri. Muhammad Amin convinced the representatives that the pilgrim's welfare would be taken care of, especially in Arafah and Mina.
Present during the meetings were Awang Haji Abdullah Haji Mohamed, Head of the Haj Management Office; and Dr Haji Mahmud Shauqi Bin Haji Mahmud Saedon, Head of the Haj Medical Office. The Brunei delegation also held a similar meeting with Abd Rahman Makyub Al Harbi, Chairman of the Naqabah Amah Lis Sayarah Council in Mecca. The discussions focused on the smooth transportation process for the pilgrims throughout the Haj season.
