Over 150 city leaders and decision-makers, including public sector leaders, business executives, experts and academics, gathered in Singapore to discuss how to address today's most pressing challenges facing cities and nations. Co-organised by the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources and the Ministry of National Development, three events, namely The World Cities Summit (WCS), Singapore International Water Week (SIWW) and CleanEnviro Summit Singapore (CESS) ended yesterday.
Brunei Darussalam was represented at the forum by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Suhaimi bin Haji Gafar, the Minister of Development. Yang Berhormat also attended the Lee Kuan Yew World City Prize, Water Prize Lectures and The Environment and Water Leaders Forum. The Water Leaders' Summit (WLS) shared insights, trends and solutions concerning water management and sanitation. Meanwhile, over 100 exhibitors from more than 20 countries exhibited their products, technologies and solutions for water industry and sustainable environment in the Water Expo.
