The Brunei Tourism Board will organize the Brunei December Festival 2018 with the collaboration of several stakeholders and strategic partners. The festival aims to bring together a number of exciting events and activities throughout the school holiday season in December. This matter was stated by Awang Wardi bin Haji Mohammad Ali, Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism during the press conference yesterday afternoon, at Times Square, Berakas.
Awang Wardi also said that this year marks the second year of organizing the Brunei December Festival, a festival initiated by the Brunei Tourism Board with the collaboration by several stake holders as strategic partners; promising many exciting events and activities organised by various event managers to be held during the month of December. Last year, the event attracted more than 40 thousands visitors both locally and internationally with a total of 40 events held in all four districts. This year, there will be over 45 events that will be held throughout the whole month of December.
Also present were representatives from the Ministry of Home Affairs; Ministry of Religious Affairs; Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports; and Ministry of Communications as well as private sectors.
