The Australian High Commission in collaboration with the Australian Trade and Investment Commission, yesterday, hosted the 2nd Taste Of Australia in Brunei. The event took place at the Radisson Hotel in Bandar Seri Begawan.

Various activities were held during the event. Among them were a showcase of Australian Products, cooking demonstrations by renowned Australian Chef, Todd Moses and a Culinary Challenge where participants get to bring along a dish that uses Australian and Brunei ingredients or flavours. Prizes for the Culinary Challenge were presented by Her Excellency Nicola Rosenblum, the High Commissioner of Australia to Brunei Darussalam. The event provided an opportunity for Bruneians to see what Australian products are already in Brunei, aside from creating a unique and creative taste by local cooking enthusiasts.
