22 Offences Recorded

On its seventh day, ‘Operasi Pulih’ under the National Coordination Centre COVID-19 recorded 22 offences in all districts. The offences recorded involved compound fines against individuals who violate the Infectious Diseases Act, Chapter 204.

 

10 offences were recorded in the Brunei Muara District, 8 in Belait District and 4 in Tutong District. In total, the 231 offences were issued compound fines throughout the 7 days of ‘Operasi Pulih’. The ‘Operasi Pulih’ will be continued and intensified nationwide to ensure that the public is compliant with government directives towards controlling the spread of COVID-19 in the country.
