Knowledge Convention Special Talk

In a special talk in conjunction with the Knowledge Convention, the State Mufti explained that it is important for an ummah with faith to know or believe that COVID-19 is a lesson from Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala which certainly has its own wisdon or secret behind it. Hence, the people of this modern time still has the opportunity to realise their past mistakes by reciting istighfar or repenting.

According to Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia Doctor Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz bin Juned, during the pandemic, many individuals experience depression. Apart from carrying out physical activities such as exercising, recreational activities, spending more time with families, or pursuing hobbies that can rest one’s mind and relieve stress, the State Mufti reminded the people to be closer to Allah by reciting Zikir to treat diseases of the heart.

The State Mufti said when one’s chest feels tight, feeling restless or experiencing disturbance, stressed or in danger, seek Allah Subhanahu Wata’ala. By doing so, the individual is no longer alone as Allah is with them.
