14 companies were issued compound fines following the ‘OpKEMAS’ conducted by the Planning Authority, Department of Town and Country Planning in Kampung Jangsak and Kampung Kilanas.
The companies were found placing, using, obstructing, displaying goods on the walkways, parking spaces and driveway area of the premises. A $250 compound fine was issued to each of the companies for the first offence and were given seven days to settle the fine.
